Elementary Nurse

     Welcome to the Elementary Health Office web page. My name is Amanda Bender, and I am the Certified School Nurse at CHES. I am available in the Health Office Monday through Friday from 7:30am-3:00pm.

We work in collaboration with faculty and parents to keep students healthy, which is key to learning and success.

 Information is available regarding health screenings performed at school, grade level requirements, immunizations, medication policy and forms, along with dental, vision, and physical forms available for printing.
