It is the policy of the Cambria Heights School District to ensure an equal opportunity in admissions, employment and programs, services, and activities without any consideration of an individual’s race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, veteran status, genetic information, and/or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

The Cambria Heights School District declares it to be policy to comply with federal law and regulations under Title IX prohibiting sexual harassment, which is a form of unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex. Inquiries regarding the application of Title IX to the District may be referred to the Title IX Coordinator, to the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education, or both.
